There are 3 kits per material: 
-EVA kit (all variations) 
-Kit Body (300-400-500) 
-Kit Body + EVA (all variations)

The manufacturing and shipping time is estimated between 2 and 6 weeks, the times may vary depending on the workload, you will be informed as soon as your order is validated, as well as in the real-time indicator below . 
I am alone for the manufacturing and the quality controls. 
A complete Kit takes me 5 days of complete manufacturing before shipment.

Price transparency: To help you understand how the price of each kit is calculated:
-The filament 
-Machine wear + nozzles + miscellaneous 
-Machine immobilization 
-Preparation, support withdrawal, slicer configuration, general time, packing (5-6h) 
-Control of the sizes, printing in agreement with the CAD (no bad surprises) 
-Various taxes 
-Shipping in Metropolitan France included (Internationnal, case by case "example USA: + 30euros") 
-Email support in case of problem (after-sales service / RMA) 
-A margin

Deliveries in mainland France are free (an additional charge is to be expected for the international depending on the country and will be studied on a case-by-case basis (between 15-35e as a general rule). 
 
No huge choice of colors, the PA12CF15 and ePAHT-CF being naturally matt black, for the rest also matt black. The primary objective is to offer quality and industrial properties, and volume orders. 

In the case of a request for a different color (except PA12 / ePAHT), the price may change.

Ballscrews Z Upgrade

No modifications required*

Only the Nema are to be modified, along the length of the axes. The 3 Z axes take the place of the original module.

To know: 
-Zmax loss of 35mm 
-Validated without XY loss with 5015 mono EVA module 
-Compatibility with 7530
-dual 5015 (Y loss)

An inspired design

The HEVORT project proposes a Z mechanism of the same nature, with a magnetic decoupler to absorb the variations of the ball screws (C7). 

Inspired and improved in order to offer a reliable, Precise system, without real compromise! 

Printing available in ePAHT, PA12CF, ASA Black Mixing planned with the existing Vcore 

kit SFU tested: RATTM MOTOR 500mm 1204 BK10 / BF10


For the Vcore 400-500 the NEMA 17 0.9 Z should be avoided because of their insufficient holding torque. Original Rartrig LDOs are recommended!
